Who is Olivia?

Olivia Parkes is an entrepreneur & Fractional COO for dozens of online businesses ranging from $500k-10M/yr in revenue.

Olivia started her first business at 19 during university in the UK - after struggling to get clients she paid the best person she knew to mentor her in sales which took her across the world to San Diego. After being a sales rep & seeing that a lot of visionary entrepreneurs struggle with their backend operations, she stepped in to help her boss, doubled their revenue & became COO.

Since then, Olivia has moved to Chicago & created her own operations consultancy where she works with entrepreneurs to help them implement systems, build a team that takes the CEO out of the day to day & create a truly scalable business. Olivia also teaches other service providers her proven process to sign 5-figure clients from Upwork.
